What we collect
- Account data โ your email address, display name and avatar, received from Google when you sign in. We do not receive your Google password.
- Content you submit โ prompt text, uploaded images and clips, and the parameters of each render.
- Usage data โ which models you render on, credit transactions, and timestamps, so we can bill accurately and diagnose failures.
How long we keep it
Rendered videos and uploaded source files are deleted from our storage 24 hours after they are created. We do not store generated video permanently. This is a deliberate cost and privacy decision โ download anything you want to keep.
The record of a generation โ its prompt, model and parameters โ is retained in your library after the media itself has been removed, so your history remains searchable.
Records of content rejected at moderation are retained for 12 months.
Who we share it with
To render a video we must send your prompt and any uploaded source files to the model provider that runs it. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train any model.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Your output is private
Renders belong to your account alone. There is no feed, no sharing and no publishing of customer output. The gallery on this site is produced entirely by our own team.
Cookies
We set one cookie: a signed session token that keeps you logged in. It is HttpOnly and expires after 30 days. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it, by writing to [email protected]. Deletion removes your renders, prompt history and account record.
