Terms of service

1. The service

AIVidArt plans prompts for AI video models and renders video through third-party providers on your behalf. We do not train models on your content.

2. Your account

Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account — do not share credentials.

3. Credits and payment

Credits are purchased in one-time packs and are consumed when a render or a planning run is executed. Credits are valid for one year from purchase. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase; credits already spent on completed work cannot be refunded, because the provider cost has already been incurred.

When a render fails on the provider side, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.

4. Acceptable use

You must hold the rights to everything you upload. You may not use the service to produce:

• Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises a real person without their consent.
• The likeness of a real person — including public figures — in a way designed to deceive, defame or impersonate.
• Content that incites violence, promotes terrorism, or facilitates serious criminal activity.
• Material that infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property you do not own.

5. Likeness and consent

Motion transfer requires an explicit attestation that everyone depicted has consented to appear in generated video. That attestation is recorded against the job. Submitting a false attestation is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination.

Uploads that appear to depict identifiable public figures may be rejected before processing.

6. Ownership of output

Video you render on a paid balance is yours, including for commercial use, to the extent permitted by the underlying model provider and by the rights you hold in your source material. We claim no ownership over your output and never publish it.

7. Availability

The service depends on third-party model providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and provider outages may temporarily disable specific models.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. Where termination is not the result of a breach, any unused credits will be refunded.

9. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
